When we reached to PEI our first and far most question was to find proper grocery store which can meet up to our expectations and appetite.
If you are in Charlottetown or nearby Charlottetown you are still sorted for Indian Grocery but if you are bit in outskirts you need to hustle more.
Things you need for sorting out your life as an Indian are usually available on few stores..

Walmart is the best place for you to get most of your groceries. You will get your Rotis ( Whole wheat) , Wheat Flour ( not Ashirvad or pilsburry) , Eggs, Milk, Fruit & Vegetables.
If you are new to Canada you may not be knowing No Frills, No Frills is a similar super market. Usually No frills might be bit cost effective ( I don’t think more then 5% if you are living in Charlottetown)
The Spice Store :
127 St Peters Rd, Charlottetown, PE C1A 5P3
If you are new in Charlottetown , this is your next door grocery story for Indian Need. You will have your Dal, Rice, All Garam Masalas, Papad, vagh Bakari Tea, Rasam Masala, Idli Batter. Yes you will have to pay premium for it.
There are two other stores which one should try but there is no personal experience so far so cant not share more information about it.
Phillipines & South Asian Food & Grocery :
